How the engraving works

Polar Camel drinkware is made from powder-coated stainless steel. Our laser removes the coating exactly where your design sits, exposing the bare steel underneath. That creates a permanent, high-contrast mark that's part of the product itself — not a layer applied on top of it. There's no ink to fade, no vinyl to peel, and no print to scratch off after a few trips through the dishwasher.

Because the mark is physically etched rather than printed:

• It holds up to daily use, dishwashing, and years of handling

• It costs the same regardless of how detailed the artwork is — there are no per-color charges the way there are with screen printing

• It stays visually consistent from the first piece in an order to the last

• The setup file is kept on record, so reorders skip straight to production
